Land development taxes and fees
Rate of land development tax or rent on agricultural land:- Current land development tax or rent rate in Bangladesh: (Reference Memorandum No./Sha-3/Kar/100/92-106(1000) dated 16/2/1402 as per Bangladesh dated 30/5/1995 As per amendment): In case of agriculture:
Land development tax (Khajna) waived up to 25 bighas
50 paise per cent of land for land of more than 25 bigha and up to 10 acres
Above 10 acres Rs.1 per cent of land
 Pay rent at rates
